HelloHome Valenciawas born out of a dream and a gap we knew we could fill. As a Dutch native who fell in love with Valencia a decade ago, I experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating the Spanish property market as a foreigner. After years of working with a local agency, I realized that many international buyers faced similar struggles such as language barriers, confusing legalities, and a lack of tailored guidance. These were obstacles that shouldn’t stand in the way of finding a dream home.

Despite seeing this need, I encountered resistance from colleagues who didn’t fully embrace the potential of working with international clients. But instead of settling, I decided to take a leap of faith. Armed with my passion for helping people and my newly earned API real estate certification, I teamed up with two like-minded friends to createHelloHome Valencia.
